Granadilla Colombia

If you have already met Maracuya, allow me to present to you its cousin: Granadilla, the sweet Passion Fruit. Granadilla is a roundish oval fruit with shiny orange skin. The skin is hard and inedible but is easy to cut. The fruit contains a jelly-like pulp with black edible seeds. The taste of the flesh is lovely and sweet. Granadillas are best kept out of the fridge at home.
